All visitors need a visa to enter Egypt. The process to secure a visa from many countries is simple and quick to attain. Please visit the Egypt E-Visa Portal to apply for yours. We recommend applying one month prior to arrival for US citizens.

Attendees invited to this conference are International Franchisees, US Franchisees, franchisee team members, and company leadership. This applies to all conference events, including the awards dinner.

You may bring as many members of your team as you would like. Please note – the content is catered to owners and executive staff.

The Conference will have two days of sessions created to connect and inspire our Gold’s Gym Owners similar to our past two Leadership Conferences. We will also provide an opportunity to see a couple of major tourist attractions and Gold’s Gym Egypt’s newest gym. We will continue to celebrate our franchisee’s achievements by hosting our annual Awards Dinner & Ceremony on the last day of the Conference.

We are not planning on recording the daytime sessions, but we will release the presentations shortly after the conference.

Per person travel costs will depend on your home location, but we will help offset your travel spend by covering three nights of your hotel stay at the host hotel. You will make your hotel reservation through the booking link, and the hotel will apply a three-night credit to your final bill at the end of the conference.

The registration fee is $200. Deadline to register for the conference is September 20.
